    Competitive enterprises Competitive society Fair and unfair competition. What is the competition in the labor market? What is the competition in relationships? What is fair and what is unfair competition?

    Our society today is competitive in many sectors. The toughest competition is the competition in the labor market. Thousands of graduates with the same qualifications are struggling for a job in society.

     Fair competition in this case is the use of legitimate means to obtain a job in a fair way would say, unfair competition is the competition using unfair means to obtain a working example that you occupy a position without qualified accordingly because perhaps someone once had the opportunity to the "suited" as we often say.

   All young people can have the same qualifications as a colleague and someone can not be engaged in some work while another colleague has been professionally restored because obviously had more support from society itself.

    The relations in period we live in the 21st century is very competitive and it becomes tougher competition where competitors vie for the same market, for example, opens a shop that sells clothes and in a few days time open another 10 stores to sell clothes in the same city, then these businesses try to survive aiming at the same market, fair competition is to try all sell their products without for example discrediting the products of another firm propagating customers to win more customers using as a means of attracting customers the deceit, lies and propaganda. Here comes the crisis must has the consumer himself before making a product purchase.

     Let's bring another example between two language schools which offer exactly the same service would be  fair competition if trying to deal only with the best performance of their students and not accuse each one the other's work, there are thousands of examples from our daily live.

    Fair competition helps to become better to see that some people are better than us and we try to improve any of our weaknesses to become  the same or more competitive. Competition is therefore a good side but if you come to be unfair is very stressful especially if it has to do with huge costs around trying to stand in market, it would be better if   we would decide to start our own business to do a market survey what the market really needs and then make a survey throughout the region and even across the country just how many firms meet this market need. Let's try to avoid the fierce competition to be an innovation, we will be the pioneers, with  an innovative idea and we are unique we do not have to compete with anyone and not to be intimidated by someone else that competes us. How easy is this though? How easy is the era in which we live have been discovered almost everything to be innovative to produce an innovative idea and business? It is very difficult but not impossible it is enough to have  passion to work and set up your own business and of course to find and the world in which they want to buy your own product who wants to beat the market by your own business with innovation, because if one does not buy the product because obviously did not need it then I will not buy it and in a time of crisis where everyone has very little money which strictly has to spend on essentials (food, clothing, house e.t.c).
